Useful Organisations & Resources:
To establish and develop projects to provide support to asylum seekers and refugees, there are a number of factors that need to be considered and addressed. When thinking and implementing a project however large or small it is helpful to consider the project planning cycle which involves the stages set out in the diagram below.
To assist in the various stages of project development there are a range of resources and organisations that exist to equip small organisations in putting in place good project management practice and ensure that they comply with appropriate legislation.
